A great way to discover authentic Bing Dao pu’erh: clean, powerful and strongly connected to its terroir. High-altitude conditions, cool temperatures, mist and significant day-to-night temperature shifts allow the tea to develop slowly, building density, aroma and character. We recommend brewing it in a good Yixing zisha or Jianshui teapot — both are excellent for bringing out the tea’s depth and structure.
