Refund & Returns Policy

Unopened tea and teaware can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Opened tea can't be returned for hygiene reasons — but if something's wrong with it, tell us and we'll make it right.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
