Bai Mu Dan in a press — a white tea everyone should drink through. Soft and clean, yet it gives a sense of restoration and lightness. On the palate: meadow flowers, honey, fresh grass and a light sweetness with notes of pear and hay. Very airy, no pressure, with a long soft finish. It works beautifully on its own, and in blends (with volcanic GABA, say) it lends an interesting depth.
